This is an article I wrote five days ago.

Today is April Fools’ Day, we played a trick on our social studies teacher.

Before the society class, we wrote a lot of “fall down” on the blackboard in many languages because our society teacher once fell down in our classroom during the class. We hid the blackboard erasers and moved away the podium, giving places to some garbage cans. Finishing preparing, we changed half of students with the class 20. Before the teacher came, we turned off the light and prostrated ourselves.

While teacher was coming in, she said it must be our April fools’ trick, and then she found that the podium was gone, and there were only some garbage cans left in front of the platform. When she was ready to give class and asked us to get up, she found that half students were from class 20! We laughed happily for a while. When we went to peep into class 20, we found that their history teacher didn’t notice that her students were different! How interesting it is! She didn’t notice that until they went back to their class and surprised her.

After we all got back to our own class, teacher seemed happy receiving tricks today. It is not popular in our school to fool the teachers on this day. We blabbered for about twenty minutes and finally moved the podium back and erased the blackboard, but still left the biggest “fall down” on the board, which made our teacher not knowing whether to cry or to laugh.

What a funny class it is! We didn’t have any class at all. We took a big picture together with big smiles on everyone’s face. I think we had a good time today. This day is set for everybody to have fun, isn’t it?
